Generous ‘Tips for Jesus’ tipper leaves $11,000 at Arizona restuarant

A few employees at Crudo restaurant were very surprised when a customer known for leaving ‘Tips for Jesus’ left about $11,000 right after Christmas.

According to ABC, the customer, who wanted to remain anonymous, came in for drinks and a snack before leaving the tip.

The first tip was $1,000 on a $331.40 bill and the second was $10,000.

Both tips were shared between server Clint Spotleson, a bartender and a cocktail waitress.

The customer wrote “Tips for Jesus” on their receipt, and stayed at the restaurant after he was done so the employees could thank him.
