Apple is being sued over the size of its most recent operating system update.
ABC News reports that the class action lawsuit was filed this week; at the center of the lawsuit is the size of its most recent iOS 8 update for iPhones, iPads and other products.
Users have complained about slower speeds and performance with their phones since the most recent update. ABC states that the lawsuit claims the refresh can take up between 18 and 23 percent of advertised storage capacity for consumers owning 8GB and 16GB phones.
It also alleges that the Apple’s iCloud storage, which customers are charged to use, is marketed to remedy the problem.
The lawsuit asks for millions of dollars in damages.
Apple hasn’t responded to ABC’s request for comment.
