Suspect wanted in Subway robbery where he gave clerk threatening note

CLEVELAND- Authorities are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect who robbed a Subway restaurant on Memphis Ave. in Cleveland on Dec. 8.

According to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect, seen on surveillance video wearing a gray hoodie, walks up to the counter, hands the clerk a threatening note demanding money, then leaves with the cash.

The same suspect is wanted in connection with a gas station robbery in the same area on Dec. 9.

A $2,000 reward is being offered in this case.
