RICHFIELD, Ohio- The Richfield Village holiday display is missing a jolly, happy soul.

A service department employee reported the village’s decorative snowman missing on Sunday.

The decoration, valued at $750, was last seen on Friday at Broadview and West Streetsboro roads. Richfield police said this snowman was the newest addition to the display in the center of town.

The snowman can be returned in its original condition, no questions asked, by Christmas Eve. If his two eyes made out of coal are harmed or he’s returned under different circumstances, police said legal action will be taken.

Anyone with information should call police at 330-659-9500.
