Our Huntington’s Disease awareness campaign was a great success with one person winning a car on FOX 8 News at 9 a.m. Monday.

The winning ticket was under the names of Charles, Craig and Todd Pearson of Geneva, Ohio.

Tami purchased the ticket in honor of her father Charles and brother Todd who passed away from the disease. And to honor her brother Craig who currently has the disease.

The car is a beautiful 2015 Kia Optima from Halleen Kia. 2,989 tickets were sold out of 4,000. The tickets were $50 bucks each.

All the money will go to the Cleveland Clinic to help raise money towards a 2-million dollar goal to fund a deep brain stimulation research project for Huntington’s Disease.

Donations are still accepted to help reach the goal. Get more information here.
