All lanes reopened after semi crash on I-90E in Rocky River

ROCKY RIVER, Ohio- I-90 East was reopened just before 7:30 p.m. Friday night after a semi crash had the area closed for hours.

Assistant Fire Chief Darren Collins from Lakewood told Lorrie Taylor that a semi caught snow, over corrected and flipped.

A second semi t-boned the first one. One driver was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center; the second driver was treated and released at the scene.

It took several hours to remove the wreckage. Crews also cleaned up diesel fuel in the road.

Our crews on the scene reported some drivers leaving their cars.
