PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — A man is accused of threatening a woman with a blood-filled syringe before robbing her in Philadelphia.
According to Philadelphia police, it happened Nov. 8 at a restaurant. The 32-year-old woman was placing an order when the man approached her — he was pointing a blood-filled syringe at her, and demanded money. Daily Mail reports he told the woman he had AIDS.
She said she threw $200 at him, and he ran away.
The whole thing was caught on surveillance video.
