GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A one-bedroom home for sale in Grand Rapids, Mich., may only be on the market for $129,900, but there’s a treasure inside worth nearly $1 million.

On the outside, the home looks average. According to the listing by realtor Mark Douglas, the 1,337-square-foot home has just one and a half baths, a detached garage and central air.

But it also contains a 3,200-pipe, wind-powered pipe organ that “provides more musical ability than most churches have installed,” says the listing.

“If purchased and installed brand new, this would cost $800,000 to $1 million,” according to the listing.

According to Huffington Post, the late owner of the organ was an auto mechanic but was “enamored” with pipe organs.

The organ reaches from the basement to a cathedral ceiling, and it’s actually housed in an addition to the home.

As the listing states, “this is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity.”
