CLEVELAND, Ohio — He’s captured images of abandoned theaters, factories and homes, both here in his hometown of Cleveland and across the country.

Now, Seph Lawless has released a book called “13: An American Horror Story,” which documents “real life” haunted houses he’s come across in states including Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Texas.

Each has its own story — and scary histories.

All proceeds from the book during the month of December will go to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
