RICHMOND, Va. — A man and woman traveling down Interstate 64 in Richmond were left puzzled when they saw nothing but miles of semis and state troopers coming in the opposite direction.

That’s according to a Facebook video posted by Adam Hicks. He and a passenger incredulously watched as police blocked off other cars from entering the highway — so the trucks could make their way through.

“Other people are filming it! This is a phenomenon,” said the passenger. “This is getting more and more bizarre.”

Hicks points out sets of unmarked trucks, followed by Coca Cola trucks, CVS trucks and FedEx trucks. He said he counted at least 100, at one point remarking, “Are we in the Twilight Zone?”
