CLEVELAND- If Cavs’ fans weren’t already excited enough for the beginning of the season with LeBron’s return, here’s another reason to get excited.

The Cleveland Cavaliers along with Turner Sports will bring a free fan event and viewing party to downtown Cleveland’s Gateway District on Thursday, Oct. 30.

The free event will be open to the public beginning at 4 p.m. in the Huron (Stark) parking lot; that’s directly across the street from Quicken Loans Arena.

The event will feature a musical performance by hip-hop recording artist Kendrick Lamar and will be hosted by comedian Kevin Hart. There will also be appearances by the Cavaliers Girls Dance Team, the Scream Team and more.

Once the game begins, fans can watch it from huge video boards that will be set up in the space.

The Cavs will tip off the most anticipated season in the team’s history when they take on the New York Knicks next Thursday.
