FNTD Week #8 Game of the Week: Explorers Beat Mustangs

The Hudson Explorers stayed perfect as they beat the Strongsville Mustangs 41-7. The Explorers offense was humming as quarterback Mitch Guadagni threw two touchdowns and both Matt Restifo and Joe Charpentier had 1-yard touchdown runs. Guadagni was 15-of-22 for 204 yards. He also rushed seven times for 69 yards.

Hudson led 20-7 at halftime and never looked back.

Strongsville lost starting quarterback Ryan Roberston to injury in the second quarter and was replaced by Bobby Cole. Cole finished 11-of-22 for 169 yards and a touchdown. He was also intercepted twice.

Hudson will face undefeated Mentor next week as Strongsville will face Brunswick.
