CLEVELAND- A local real estate firm has researched and ranked the hottest cities and suburbs currently in the housing market.

Agents with Keller Williams of Greater Cleveland spent the long Labor Day weekend conducting the research which analyzed data from about 100 communities within the 7 counties in and around Cleveland.

Scott Phillips Jr., CEO said they looked at 2 specific criteria: the pace of home sales and the average sales prices as they compared to last year.

“The study itself was done just by the numbers,” said Phillips.
