All it took was a note from his daughter to make the CEO of a company quit his multi-million dollar job.
Mohamed El-Erian, who headed up the investment firm Pimco, said in an essay on Worth.com that his 10-year-old daughter gave him a list of 22 important events and activities he’d missed due to work.

Mohamed said he realized his job was hurting his relationship with his daughter.
