Woofstock is Northeast Ohio's largest one-day, outdoor fundraising festival for dogs and their owners.

The festival raises funds to help Rescue Village care for 4,000 animals each year.

Woofstock will be held Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Holden Arboretum from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The event features a one-mile dog walk, shopping in the dog-friendly Vender's Row, and cool canine contests.

There's also an animal blessing at 9:45 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.

Dogs will be available for adoption at the event.

For adoption information on Portia, call Rescue Village at (440) 338-4819.
