Scallop Alfredo Pizza

  • 12 in pizza shell
  • 5 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 10 oz cooked 10/20 scallops

 

Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • Sea salt to taste

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put white wine and garlic in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Boil the wine until it is almost gone.

Add heavy cream. Turn heat to low.

Add cheese. Whisk until it thickens. Add sea salt to taste.

Set aside to cool.

Spread Alfredo sauce evenly on to pizza shell. Sauce is easier to spread when cool.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Chop up the scallops into bite size pieces. Spread over cheese.

Place pizza in pre-heated oven. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. All of the cheese should be melted.

Cut into 8 slices. Enjoy!

 

 

Bay Lobsters’ Lobster Pizza

  • 12 in pizza shell
  • 5 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz fresh cooked lobster meat
  • 6 oz Bay Lobsters fresh lobster bisque (available for purchase at Bay Lobsters) 1 container will make 2 pizzas

 

Preheat oven to 350

Spread the lobster bisque evenly on the pizza crust. The bisque should be cold so it is easier to spread.

Cover the bisque with the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Chop up the lobster meat into bite size pieces.

Spread lobster meat on top of the cheese.

Place pizza in pre-heated oven. Bake pizza 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cheese should be melted.

Cut into 8 slices. Enjoy!
