A farmer is becoming a viral sensation after posting YouTube video of himself ‘calling in the cattle’ using his trombone.

Farmer Derek Klingenberg said on the Klingenberg Farms Studio Facebook Page that he filmed himself playing Lorde’s “Royals” to summon the cattle from across his property.

Klingenberg said in the post that for fun he plays the trombone to help round up the cattle when they are a long distance away.

“There is something wonderful about playing a trombone in the middle of a prairie to 380 heifers,” he said.

Klingenberg said in the post that since he posted his video, he’s been contacted by CNN, “Good Morning America,” “The Today Show,” and even a station in Japan.

His YouTube video has gotten more than 5.8 million views since it was posted on Aug. 3.
