MENTOR, Ohio — The city of Mentor is hosting its Mentor CityFest this weekend.

Mentor CityFest will be held Friday, August 22, from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday, August 23, from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Civic Center Park.

The Mentor CityFest parade will kick-off Saturday morning at 10 a.m. from Shore Middle School and weave through festival grounds. More than 100 groups are scheduled to participate in the parade, including the Mentor High School Marching Band.

Wristbands for the event are $5 for a single day and $8 for both days.

The festival will host local and regional live entertainment, karaoke, activities for kids and more.
