Vegan Soft Serve Ice Cream

Soft Serve Ice Cream (using Red Lotus Foods Cashew Creme)

Put about a 1/2 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk into a high-powered blender.

Add 1/2 bag of frozen fruit (about 1 1/2 cups) and a spoonful of Cashew Creme.

If you like your ice cream a little sweeter, add a tablespoon of maple syrup, agave nectar, or Bee Free Honey.

Turn on the blender to high, pushing the fruit into the blades, and blend until smooth.

Don’t over blend or it will become too thin. You want a spoon-able consistency.


Cashew Ranch Dip (using Cashew Sour Cream)

  • 1 six ounce container Red Lotus Foods Cashew Sour Cream
  • 1/4 t dried thyme (1 t fresh)
  • 1/4 t dried parsley (1 t fresh)
  • 1/4 t dried dill weed (1 t fresh)
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/4 t sea salt
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients and stir until thoroughly incorporated. Cover and allow to sit in the refrigerator for one hour for the flavors to develop.
