MANSFIELD, Ohio — Charges have been filed against two females accused of robbing a bakery, where an elderly employee paid them with donuts instead of cash.

Police say Kieri Adams, 18, faces charges of aggravated robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and no operator’s license in the case.

A 15-year-old female juvenile also faces charges.

It happened on Tuesday around 5 a.m. The clerk was alone inside her son’s business, Buckeye Bakers and Schneider’s Too, when two masked women walked inside.

They demanded $20. But the woman said all she could offer were donuts. The women allegedly took them and fled in a stolen vehicle.
