President Obama brought up the idea while speaking in Kansas City on Wednesday.

According to the New York Daily News, the president said a young girl gave him a note last week asking why women don’t appear on U.S. dollars and coins.

President Obama said, “And then she gave me like a long list of possible women to put on our dollar bills and quarters and stuff, which I thought was a pretty good idea.”

The U.S. Mint created a Susan B. Anthony dollar coin in 1979; in 1999, a dollar coin featured Sacagawea.
