Futuristic fun? Baseball team offers ‘Fanbot’ experience at games

How’s this for the full baseball experience?

The Hanwha Eagles in South Korea launched eagles-fanbot; according to their YouTube page, it’s a world-first that allows for “interactive cheering for those fans who cannot come to the stadium.”

Basically, robots would fill the seats of those fans who can’t make it to the game, and using the internet, fans would control what the robots do at the game.
