School is just a few weeks away and you can help students get the supplies they need by being a part of the FOX 8 Stuff the Bus campaign.

This is our 8th year and we hope it is our best year to date.

Kathy Hirko from the Cleveland Kids in Need Resource Center shows you how it works and how you can do your part. Watch the video above for more.

We will be collecting the school supplies on Thursday, July 31, from 6:30a-7p right in our front yard here at FOX 8, 5800 Dick Goddard Way.

Here is what we need:

  •   We really need crayons this year; 24-count box of crayons preferred
  •   Wide or College rule filler paper or notebooks
  •   2 pocket folders
  •   Number 2 pencils
  •   Construction paper
  •   8 1/2 by 11 copy paper
  •   Colored markers and pencils
  •   Black and Blue pens
  •   Boxes of tissue
  •   Anti-bacterial soap or wipes.

Plus, we will always take back packs, or school bags, art supplies, anything and everything school supply related. To our area businesses that may have old letterhead or things with old logos– teachers can use it, so bring it down.

The FOX 8 Stuff the Bus is sponsored by Great Clips and Hudec Dental.
