Girl holding lemonade stand to help Cle officer

CLEVELAND - A young girl is stepping up to help a Cleveland police officer in need.

Destiny Rice is holding a lemonade stand on Saturday to benefit Officer Hank Adkins and his family. Adkins was forced to retire early due to his battle with ALS.

Destiny's lemonade stand is being held from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church on Memphis Avenue.

This is Destiny's second lemonade stand. Her first stand was held in June and raised more than $260.

Destiny's new goal for Saturday is $1,000.
