Employees gathered Friday to hold up posters and show off banners they made for their co-worker, Randy Budd.

He and his wife, Sharon, were in a terrible car accident earlier this week.

Police report two teens threw a rock off a bridge in Pennsylvania and it hit their car.

Sharon was seriously hurt and is still in critical condition.

The 52-year-old is well known in the community and is a school teacher in Massillon.

"We're doing this to show support for Mrs. Budd and the entire Budd family, showing them that the hotel is completely behind them and that we're praying for her and keeping her in our thoughts and prayers,” said General Manager Mitzi Shaw from the Crowne Plaza.

The family is now dealing with a lot of medical expenses, so fundraisers have been set up to help with that.
