Blackberry Syrup Salad Dressing

Dressing Recipe Yield 1/2 Cup
- 2 Tbsp. Market District Blackberry Syrup
- 4 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Champagne Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Toss dressing with your favorite salad greens, crumbled goat cheese, mixed fresh berries and Red, White and Blue Bread Croutons to make a great salad.
