Police investigate bomb threat against South Euclid Police Dept.
SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — Police are investigating a bomb threat against the South Euclid Police Department.
Authorities said just before 8 p.m., Parma police received the call. They don’t know why their department was called.
They said the caller claimed the South Euclid Police Department would be blown up if the person didn’t receive $1 million within a half hour.
The city council meeting being held at City Hall was canceled and everyone left the meeting.
Parma police brought over bomb-sniffing dogs and investigated. Nothing was found.
Police will continue the investigation.
