CLEVELAND — If your pet is missing, chances are you’ve canvassed the neighborhood, put up signs and posted pleas on Facebook.

But have you checked the Cleveland Kennel?

According to the Cleveland City Hall website, the kennel population has grown by 48 dogs since July 4.

That brings the total to more than 150.

Anyone who has lost a dog is encouraged to check the kennel for their pet.

It’s located at 2690 West 7th Street in Cleveland and is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

People are also asked to consider adopting a pet from the kennel.
