Authorities searching state park for missing 15-year-old boy

ANDOVER, Ohio — Authorities are searching a portion of Pymatuning State Park for a 15-year-old male who went missing early Sunday morning.

According to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Caleb Denlinger was reported missing at 10 a.m. to state park officers by his parents, who were camping with him at the park. He was last seen at 6 a.m.

The search has been underway since authorities were contacted.

The boy’s parents said it is the first time their family has camped at the park, and they think he may just be lost.

He is believed to be on a red and white BMX bike. Caleb is described as having blonde hair, being 5′ 8″ tall and weighing 135 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a dark sweatshirt, a gray shirt and dark blue jeans.

Ohio State Highway Patrol is also on scene and assisting with the investigation. Authorities say the search will continue into this evening.
