Sherri Shepherd and her estranged husband, Lamar Sally, signed a contract with a surrogate mother, who is due this month.

But now that the couple is divorcing, TMZ reports that Shepherd, a host on “The View,” doesn’t want any involvement with the unborn child.

TMZ says that’s because Shepherd believes Sally defrauded her into having a child so he could get child support from her.

The unborn child will be Sally’s biological child, but not Shepherd’s.

TMZ reports Shepherd is asking a judge to rule that she have no parental rights.

The couple filed for divorce back in May.
