War hero stuns with voice, story on ‘America’s Got Talent’

A contestant’s story on ‘America’s Got Talent’ brings the audience to tears.

Sal Gonzalez tells the judges he lost part of his leg while serving in Iraq in 2004. He now works for Wounded Warrior Project.

The former U.S. Marine says music helped in his recovery.

The judges love his rendition of ‘Ain’t No Sunshine’ and send him through to the main competition. You can see his performance above.
