Healing the invisible wounds of war: How you can help our military men and women

They are the invisible wounds of war that impact military men and women serving our country.

We are talking about PTSD and how the 'Wounded Warrior Project' is healing our heroes.

This year we are supporting the incredible Wounded Warrior team for this year's 'FOX 8 FOX Trot'

Meanwhile, if you haven't done so already, there is still plenty of time for you to sign up for this year's 'FOX 8 FOX Trot.'

The second annual event takes place Sunday, Aug. 24 at Voinovich Park right by the Rock Hall in Cleveland.

You can sign up to run in the 5K or the one-mile walk.

All money raised from this year's FOX Trot will go towards the Wounded Warrior Project.

The FOX 8 FOX Trot is presented by your Northern Ohio Honda Dealers.


Everyone who registers will get a FOX Trot T-shirt and a Wounded Warrior Project bracelet.
