CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The suspect in a wrong-way crash that killed a woman on Interstate 480 was found guilty after pleading no contest in the case Thursday.

Julio Cesar Vargas previously pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated vehicular assault and aggravated vehicular homicide. He changed his plea in court on Thursday, and a judge then found him guilty.

Vargas is accused of entering the West 130th Street exit ramp, heading in the wrong direction back in April.

Police said he slammed head-on into a car. In that car was Desiree Snyder, 22. She was killed.

Vargas will be sentenced July 29.
