Police: Adult used child to break into restaurant

MEDINA, Ohio — Police are looking for the person who used a child to break into a restaurant.

Medina police posted surveillance video on its Facebook page that it says shows two people believed to be involved in a breaking and entering at Eli’s Kitchen on Public Square; it happened on Sunday, June 15 at 2:15 a.m.

Police said it’s believed initial entry was made through the front of the restaurant; the adult was then let into the back door.

Medina police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the adult in the video.
