CLEVELAND — Moments after being sentenced to 60 days in jail, a 51-year-old Cleveland man collapsed and died outside a municipal courtroom.

Miguel Aybar was handcuffed and being escorted by guards when he collapsed. Municipal Court spokesman Ed “Flash” Ferenc  said.  Ferenc said Aybar was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
