Duck forces plane to make emergency landing at Cedar Point Beach

SANDUSKY, Ohio– A single-engine aircraft is forced to make an emergency landing at Cedar Point Beach, Tuesday afternoon.

A spokesperson for the park said the landing was made on a private area of the beach.

No one was injured.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said a duck hit and cracked the windshield, forcing the plane to land right away.

Sandusky Register snapped photos of the plane on the beach.
