Did you know Cleveland is home to the longest standing Mounted Police Unit in the country?

While the city pays for the barn that houses the horses and the salaries of the officers that care for them, it takes donations from the public to pay for their vet care, food and training.

Fox 8's Kenny Crumpton spend the morning at the Mounted Police headquarters to see what it takes to get the horses ready for the street.
