LAKE COUNTY, Ohio — The Lake Humane Society wants to pair animals with new families.

The Society is hosting their Feline Frenzy adoption event through May 31. Adoption fees have been lowered to $10 for adults and $75 for kittens during the event.

The Lake Humane Society currently has 55 cats available for adoption, in addition to several in foster care and on a waiting list. The Society says in order to be moved from the waiting list and into the Society, current felines need to be placed in homes.

Each cat receives a physical examination, rabies vaccination, initial vaccinations/deworming, and Feline Leukemia/FIV Combo test prior to adoption. They are also spayed/neutered and microchipped.
