CLEVELAND – A water main break at Elm and Spruce Road has caused the roadway to collapse.

A 6 ft. by 5 ft. hole opened up where officials believe the water main is located. Water is running again, after the water was pumped out of the hole.

Cars that were parked near the water main break were towed by the water department.

Harbor Inn along with a nearby apartment building did not have water.
