Woman Faces Charges After Recording Arrest
A Massachusetts woman is facing charges after recording her own arrest on her smartphone, according to KDVR.
The woman was drinking outside when she became belligerent and starting yelling and screaming disturbing neighbors, according to police.
When officers arrived she refused to calm down and was arrested. That’s when the woman allegedly started the voice recording application on her smartphone, and put it in her purse to record the conversation she had with police.
Officers discovered the phone recording when they searched her purse at police headquarters.
The woman has been charged with unlawful wiretapping and is expected in court Monday.
