Amber Alert Cancelled After Boy Found Safe

An Amber Alert for a Southwest Ohio boy has been cancelled after he was found safe with his mother.

The alert was issued around 8 p.m. Wednesday by police.

The 20-month-old boy, Nolan Meyers, and his mother, Melissa Meyers, were found in Monroe, Ohio. They were located at the Best Western Monroe Inn off of Ohio-63 after their car was spotted in the parking lot, according to Fox 19.

The alert was issued after Melissa Meyers reportedly called police and told them she was going to harm herself and Nolan.
