Police: Man Stole Tattoo Equipment from Murder Scene
EASTLAKE, Ohio– An Eastlake man was arrested after police said he stole from a murder scene.
Eastlake police said Tuesday morning, just before 8 a.m., they were called back to E. 354th– the scene of a homicide on Monday.
They said someone broke into the home and stole tattoo equipment worth over $3,000. Friends and relatives of the victim said they found the items for sale on Craigslist.
After an investigation, police arrested Eric Ruscin, 28, and recovered the tattoo equipment and returned it to the family.
Ruscin is being held without bond on felony burglary charges.
