Officials: Body Found is Missing Boater

OTTAWA COUNTY, Ohio — A body found in Lake Erie is that of a missing boater, according to authorities.

The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office said the body found has been identified as Bryan Huff.

He was one of four boaters who went missing on April 17.

Shortly after the accident the bodies of two female boaters, Amy Santus, 33, of Perrysburg, and Paige Widmer, 17, who was visiting from South Carolina, were recovered in Lake Erie.

The boat has since been recovered with no structural damage.
