Police: Arrest Made in Fatal Stabbing

CLEVELAND – Police have arrested a man in connection with a fatal stabbing on Harvard Avenue on Friday.

Randall Leverett, 32, of Bedford Heights was arrested in connection to the death of 41-year-old Monte Robinson. An arrest warrant has also been issued for a second suspect in the case.

Police say the stabbing occurred near a beverage store on Harvard Avenue near East 142nd Street around 1:45 a.m. police said.

Robinson was stabbed in the face or head area and died at MetroHealth Medical Center.

Another man was taken to South Pointe Hospital for a what was believed to be a stab wound.
