Springtime Seafood Pasta


  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 24 oz. chopped clams
  • 14 oz. crab meat
  • 60 oz. red sauce
  • olive oil
  • Fettuccine noodles



  1. Coat your frying pan with olive oil.
  2. Place your chopped peppers and onion in pan.
  3. Fry until soft.
  4. Add your sauce and seafood.
  5. Let simmer for about an hour so the crab meat separates.
  6. Pour over pasta and enjoy.
  7. The sauce is a meal in itself.
