Green Giant Smoothie (or Shrek Smoothie or Popeye Smoothie) 

  • 1 cup purified water or half water/half ice
  • 3 cups spinach or favorite greens
  • 2-3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (optional)


Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie

  • 1 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 large carrot or more
  • 1 cup coconut milk (I buy the silk brand)
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup


Hot Pink Smoothie

  • 1½ cups coconut water
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large carrot
  • ½ raw beet
  • ¼ cup cashews (optional, we didn’t use due to tree nut allergies)
  • 4-5 pitted dates
  • 1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder (optional)
  • 12 frozen strawberries
