AKRON — Akron police are looking for two suspects who robbed a 20-year-old man of his wallet and car.

The victim told police he was dropping off a woman he met on Facebook in the 100 block of West Mildred Avenue Monday night. When they arrived, the victim said the female called someone in the home and told them to open the door.

The female reportedly got out of the car and walked around to the back of the house. That’s when two males, one armed with a gun, approached the victim and dragged him out of the car.

One of the suspects fired a shot into the air and reportedly threatened to shoot the victim. The suspects took off with the victim’s wallet, cell phone and vehicle.

Police are looking for the suspects, along with the victim’s car, which is described as a 2006 tan Chevy Impala with an Ohio license plate LILJPW.

The suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.
