The CEO of a golf company hopes to increase an interest in the game by increasing the size of the hole.

According to Golf.com, Mark King of TaylorMade is the force behind the 15” hole.

That’s almost four times regulation size, and that’s just one idea.

King launched an initiative called Hack Golf, which calls for ideas to make golf more inviting and fun, especially to new or young golfers.

The 15″ hole takes away the intimidation, speeds up the game, and would be more fitting for leisurely tournaments, Golf.com noted.

King reportedly believes the idea will spread to 90 percent of golf courses in five years.
