This Diet is Bananas: Woman Eats 51 A Day to Stay Thin

A diet guru from Australia says she keeps thin by a diet of bananas.

According to Huffington Post, the woman eats up to 51 bananas a day, claiming that it helped her lose 40 pounds and also helped clear up several health issues.

She said her diet involves eating 97 percent fruit.

Some experts, however, suggest that it’s an eating disorder, according to Huffington Post.
