The man who claimed to have shot and killed Bigfoot in South Texas is now coming clean about his accusations, according to KSAT.com.

Rick Dyer claimed to have killed the mythical creature back in 2012. He then made a living charging people admission to see the preserved ‘body.’

Dyer confessed that he paid for a fake Bigfoot body to be constructed by a company out of Spokane, Washington. He then held onto the prop until he rented a trailer and charged adults $10 and children $5 to see the body this year.

Dyer has been accused of being involved in a previous Bigfoot Hoax back in 2008.
